Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. They make the whole process very straightforward and quick; they may not necessarily be the cheapest (I saw my purchased plate advertised for a lower amount elsewhere) but are by far the most customer centric company to do business with - hence why I chose to buy the plate from them.
