The service I received was very good and competent and I was very pleased to receive my documents from DVLA as promised.

I found staff very helpful and made things really easy .

I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. I have to say the service from National Numbers is simply stunning, nothing's too much trouble for them, and I was able to pick up some great plates at a competitive price! Straight forward transaction. Clear to understand total amount payable. Arrived within timescale advertised.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
