I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I was amazed at how quick and simple the whole process was. In a matter of days the transaction was complete and the number plates arrived ready to be fitted to my new car. Noticed a plate on their website and i made contact, A deal was soon made and they attended to every detail from supplying the plates and sorting the paper work with the DVLA, From start to finish it took about 5 days, No hassle and no hard sell a pleasure to deal with.

After looking for a while for a number I came across National Numbers website and within a short time was able to order the registration of my choice. The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase.
