I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

Super friendly staff and very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing a private number plate for my sons birthday. I ordered the plate on a Friday afternoon and they delivered the actual number plates on the Monday so I had an actual gift to give to my son on his birthday which was on the Tuesday - outstanding! It took a couple of weeks for the transfer but it was a seamless process and a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend National Numbers!

Hi, National Numbers are ACE.. They took away all the hassle involved in supplying me with my new Ageless Number Plate. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. I am extremley satisfied with their "Spotless professional " services. However I ndo have a question for them.....Am I allowed to keep the logbook for whem I have to sell my vehicle?, as I am new to this and was wondering if in the event of trading up my ML, as my new reg plate is mine to keep forever???. Can?t fault them they communicate well make the process very easy keep you updated each step of the way. I have two reg plates from them and would definitely recommend/use again.
