The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Just very friendy, very reactive, very efficient from beginning to end. All very satisfied all along, already recommended to friends.

From my first call to National numbers the service has been first class. All the representatives I have spoken to have been courteous and extremely helpful. My ideal personalised number plate was sourced and entered into the Cheltenham live auction. Excellent fast service. I have used it twice now for both vehicles and you were excellent both times and so fast, before I knew it the number plates arrived and then I got an email saying the plates can go on the vehicle. So quick I can?t believe it. Would definitely use you again without a shadow of a doubt.
