Great service from National Numbers. They sourced my ideal plate which had not been in circulation before, took it to auction, and I was then able to bid for it and win it at a price much cheaper than my max bid.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.
