From the first phone call to recieving my number plates 1st class service start to finish....

With the post at the moment there had been a delay but Marty gave me a call explaining what the issue was in these crazy times, and that's all you can ask for. After having a chat, even though it was no fault of theirs they did all they could for me!! Couldn't ask for any more from a business than what they have done for me. Genuine transparent company.

Paperwork was very quick with clear instructions and even received an email on the day that I had received my money to say it was in my bank account. Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved.
