The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

The plates arrived on the date promised. They were competitively priced and I would have no hesitation in recommending National Numbers to anyone needing plates.

Paul and all other staff members are really friendly and helpful :) my plate arrived quickly as well as my certificate and they were fully on board to give me advice and help. Huge thumbs up! Will recommend to friends and family :)

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.
