They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction. The seller of my plate was dragging their heels a bit with the transaction but the staff at National continued to ensure that things went through smoothly and swiftly one all the paperwork was received.., 5 star customer service experience so a special thank you to the professional and attentive staff!!!
