When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. Just ordered a private plate for my Ferrari..Truly first class service and they assigned the plate to my car with the DVLA in five minutes.

It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift
