This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. Great service, only down side is the amount of time it takes the DVLA to do the transfer.

Really helpful and friendly. My Finance option was declined so they offered me the option of setting up a standing order. Recieved entitlement certificate the day after final payment. Great service.
