This is the second private registration I've bought from National Numbers and wouldn't go anywhere else. Though the purchases were a couple of years apart, their speed, price and customer service has not waned. They are still an absolutely first class outfit and a DVLA registered supplier, with excellent finance options if you need to spread the cost. I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

Excellent prompt service. Once you have purchased your number plate, you send your logbook back to them, and they register on your vehicle.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
