This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. Although I was initially nervous at handing over paperwork before payment had been received, I was reassured that National Numbers has been conducting business to a high standard since 1981.
