The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.
