I searched a few sites and asked around for a good number and these guys did the trick and provided what I wanted , thankyou ,,,,

Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.
