I had the added problem that I was buying the reg but not collecting my new to me but pre owned car for another couple of days. Gwen at new reg steered me through that and made it really easy for me. Paperwork, documents etc, everything sorted in a couple of days. Thanks John :-)

I got my number plates from these guys and despite the Covid 19 debacle they not only got it all sorted my car registered and my plates delivered to me within 5 working days Thank you guys- cant use my plates yet but that is not your fault Could not recommend highly!

Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . National numbers were extremely helpful and I had a new plate on my car within 5 days and it was zero effort as they did everything for me .

Once the plate was chosen the whole process from first notification to cash in my account took exactly three working days. Plate was on the site for a while, but patience is a virtue. Absolutely delighted and great support once in transit.
