The seller of my plate was dragging their heels a bit with the transaction but the staff at National continued to ensure that things went through smoothly and swiftly one all the paperwork was received.., 5 star customer service experience so a special thank you to the professional and attentive staff!!!

All very quick and easy. New plates arrived quickly and online paperwork was very simple.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
