As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. I had heard about this and was very sceptical- has to be a catch. I was wrong- whole process couldnt have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, there arent any hidden catches.- you get a valuation, when it sells, fill in a small form you get paid. Only cost is buying the new physical plates , cost me £15. Excellent . Recommend to anyone.
