The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Excellent customer service and very reliable.

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Smooth from start to finish, found my plate, purchase completed, now about to have it put on my car all within a few weeks. Debbie was a great help, as were all the team that I came in contact with. Very happy to recommend to National Numbers.
