Efficient and polite service which is refreshing now a days Peter

My plate took a while to sell, but once a buyer was found the sale went through quickly. We were kept informed by telephone of the status of the sale, and as promised the money was paid in to our bank account on completion. All we had to do was fill in a couple of forms and post them back and everything else was taken care of professionally by National Numbers

I liked the fact that you left a decent time to recheck my situation as regards selling Not bothering me every five minutes Also liked tha the price quoted was the amount you paid not a case of deductions for XYZ Regards Chris May

To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.
