I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. My unsuccessful auction stake was refunded swiftly and the successful one, concluded without a hitch

Good service, wish the DVLA were as good.

Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.

This was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jill on this purchase, she is very professional, very pleasant and must a joy to work with, nothing was too much of a problem and explained the process extremely well. Bought and sold from this company and the service was very very good regarding advice and guiding your way through the maze that is the number plate world.

Having contacted National Numbers regarding a registration that was of interest, their sales agent was first class. The communication was excellent and, having struck a suitable deal, the administration and assignment could not have gone smoother.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

This company did their very best to get me the registration number I was interested in
