Within 1 week I had sorted & picked out the Private Reg I required for my wifes birthday, i had ordered it and it had been registered and I even had the new plates on her car. Very impressed with the company and its service and I would highly recomend them to friends & relatives.

They assisted me in getting the number I wanted at a fantastic price.The transfer was completed effortlessly and quickly. Communication was excellent and the actual number plates supplied were of high quality. Fantastic service.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

I recently purchased a plate for my boyfriends birthday, staff went out of their way to help me do this as fast and as secretly as possible! I was well informed on what was happening with my numberplate and it was all sorted within a few days of purchase! Would highly reccomend this company! Extremely pleased with my purchase

Easy smooth transaction, received a very good price for the number I had on my Moped, no problems and both my cheque and the replacement registration were received two days after I was notified that the transfer had gone through. First class and highly recommended .
