This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

Quick and efficient service! Adam from National Numbers even saved me £100 regarding an error I had made from a competitor! They sorted everything from buying the plates, making the plates and transferring it to my vehicle.

I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. Very easy transaction

I was looking for a particular numer plate which i found out had never been assigned to a vehicle and therefore had to be released by means of the DVLA auction. I first contacted the well known company 'reg transfers' who quoted me a final price of just under 5 grand (inc all taxes and taxes on taxes!, transfer fees etc). I then contacted National Numbers who managed to secure it at auction for me at (final all inc price) just under 1.5 grand!!!! Go figure. Don't go anywhere else until you've spoken to these guys first. I spoke to Phil who was very helpful. Highly recommended by a satisfied and grateful (for saving me money) customer!
