I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.

Myself like possibly many others, always thought personalised number plates were way out of my price range, and a lot of form filling. However National number's made the whole process very easy and at a really good price. Absolute superb service.

It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift
