The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

ABSOLUTLY BRILLIANT, TO DEAL WITH,PAUL ON SALES WAS VERY HELPFULL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DETAILS TO BUY THE SAID NUMBER PLATE, GWEN IN ADMIN SUPERB DID A FAST TRACK THE PLATE WAS READY FOR THE CAR IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES, WOULD DEFINATLEY USE NATIONAL NUMBERS AGAIN,, IN ALL IT TOOK JUST OVER 1 DAY TO COMPLETE MY ORDER!! The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
