It?s all very smooth sailing, just follow their instructions and you?ll be with your new plates in no time. I like the fact they also call to give you progress reports so you don?t feel like you've been scammed. As it can be quite a long progress so it?s nice to know what?s going on and when things will be ready. Couldn?t fault them so don?t worry about them at all!!

Upfront, honest and quick turnaround when selling plate

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
