although my first choice had gone after I had received a confirmation e mail the person who rang me to impart the bad news helped me choose a replacement.

I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. I took a while to make up my mind - had wanted this Reg for years but locked up at DVLA - eventually went for it and was delighted with the outcome. No hidden costs - all well communicated - watched the DVLA timed auction developing on-line - certificate came through from DVLA. Happy. Will use them again.

An extremely good service which I don?t think could be improved. From the very first contact the service was brilliant with number plates arriving within two days! Paperwork followed within a week!
