First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Would recommend to others.

I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.
When I checked what I needed to do to sell my number plate I decided it was far too much hassle and decided against it. A few months ago I looked at National Numbers web site and decided to sell it through them. I was in no hurry so happy to leave it and see what happened.
