Bought a number plate for my dad's 60th, the staff were so helpful, and even ordering online was simple. Really happy with the service

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Excellent fast service, paid on day one after a good conversation with Adam on the plate I was looking at, the plates turned up 3 days later and logbook 2 days after that! Thank you very much for a fast excellent service! The plate has made my car my own.
