I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Swift and painless experience. I was ordering 2 numbers at the same time so used their sales line. Claire walked me through the process and what I'd need to do once the certificates arrived. The plates arrived the next day and V750s a couple of days later. I'd have no qualms in using National Numbers again, thank you.

I was given money to buy a private registration for my car, I thought this would be a long and difficult process. I found the one I wanted after eventually making up my mind from a few excellent plates. I dreaded what I had to do next, it was so easy I couldn?t believe it. In a few days I received the perfect number plates,I sent my V5 form away and was advised that I could now put them on my car. The only thing I had to do was inform my insurance and go to my usual garage. I am delighted and my car looks great.
