The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Had been looking for a plate for the wife and came across the one we eventually purchased from National Numbers. This plate was also available on other sites, but at a greatly increased price. Spoke to one of their representatives on a Sunday and the deal was done in minutes, posted the V5c and had confirmation the following day that we could put the new number on the car. Great service at a great price, can't ask for more than that.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Great service from National Numbers. They sourced my ideal plate which had not been in circulation before, took it to auction, and I was then able to bid for it and win it at a price much cheaper than my max bid.
