First class service, all done within short time brilliant would highly recommend.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

The process was nice and straight forward.

Excellent service, easy to use, clear explanations and easy check-out process. Quick delivery of the number plates and associated documents. Would use again when I look for my next private plate!
