Good service

I dealt with Charlotte here, she is absoutley amazing! Stayed in contact with me all of the time, made sure it was always her I dealt with - came back to take my call just as she was leaving for the day! Explained everything brilliantly to me! So so so good! Would reccomend to anyone!

Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50. But it proved worth while, initial great valuation, working with them to reach a middle ground with an offer to satisfaction for both parties. I was told whole process would take 2 weeks, cheque was with me in as little 5 days, well impressed. So much so that I will be putting my other plate up for sale with National Numbers. First class service.

I contacted national numbers initially out of curiosity through an app on my phone to get my personalised vehicle registration plate valued back in late March early April and after a few days I got an email to contact their valuation phoneline and was quoted £1250 for a plate I purchased on a car for total of £1750 back in December 2017. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident in May this year and the engine blew and so was unable to be driven and was SORN sitting on my friends drive so I had previously asked national numbers to advertise the plate as potentially for sale which is a service they offer and should they have interest they contact you with an offer from their client and in late July I was asked the lowest I would accept for my plate and after a little negotiation we settled on £1000 all fees to be paid by their client and once the transfer was completed I would receive my money. They were very helpful, courteous and relatively fast with all the details and documents but without an ounce of pressure to sell my plate. I sent the documents back and was told approx 2-3 weeks depending on DVLA workload and even so two weeks to the day I posted my documents off to them the money was transfered same day they received confirmation of the transfer of ownership the money was deposited in my account in minutes. Top Class Company, First Class employees with a professional Business acumen and absolutely NO Pressure and hassle free pleasurable experience. I recommend this company if you want to sell or buy any personalised vehicle registration to everyone and anyone wishing for a breeze of a transaction with professional experienced people. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Great site, well laid out and easy to navigate, easiest thing I have purchased online for some time. I thought it would be difficult to buy a private reg for my car but don't be afraid use these guys, trust a customer!

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

I brought a number plate for my mum, yet I saw a better one few hours later. Although the number plate had already been processed, the team managed to switch it over for me! And got the documents sent to me very quick! Thanks for your help guys my mum loves her new plate

National Numbers had my plate for sale for some time - as did another competitor who shall remain nameless - but this company returned me more than the other lot offered and with considerably less hassle. The seemed much more "user friendly" and the transfer was completed without fuss and the cheque arrived in very short order. I complimented them and indicated I would use them again to buy or sell and based on my experience I do recommend them.
