It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. Would highly recommend. Transaction was easier than I expected and communication was excellent at all stages. The people I dealt with by phone/email were very responsive and gave clear information on what was happening, next steps etc. I never had to chase up, they were always one step ahead and letting me know what was going on!
