Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.

I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. Very helpful, informative and the registration process was very simple once the operator talked me through.

Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.
