NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.
