They was honest with what they offered and I got what they offered me . They could do with communicating more with the seller but would use them again

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I purchased a number plate so quickly and Dealt with Mr, Phil McCarthy in the sales team who was very responsive, always made themselves available and kept me posted on progress of the transaction. Bought online, was so easy to do and very fast. This plate has been bought as a surprise for my son's 40th Birthday next year (2021). The number is so perfect we bought early because we did not want to miss it. Helpful staff, would definitely recommend. Thank you
