I found out about another company who did that by chance when I met the buyer of a plate I sold. The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase. I then received my new plates in a few days and all admin was taken care of for me. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend National Numbers to others again.
