Very clear and helpful as a first time purchaser. Lived abroad for 19 years so had little knowledge of UK DVLA procedures. Very satisfied.

This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM. Lo and behold my new tax disc, new MOT and full instructions were in my in my letter box on Saturday morning. Well done.

Customer service is amazing, was so easy to find and buy the perfect reg. My only issue is the fact that you have to buy a set of (very pricey) number plates, like this should be an option, also the plates themselves are honestly the worst ones I?ve ever seen, and for £50 they should be a lot better. Another thing is the transferring of the reg, I feel this should also be optional, I personally would?ve preferred to make contact with the dvla myself. This could just be me missing something on the website...? Other than those minor issues, absolutely perfect, and a pleasure to deal with.

Just so easy from start to finish, I wish every company I dealt with was as efficient as this one. Superb!

From my first call to National numbers the service has been first class. All the representatives I have spoken to have been courteous and extremely helpful. My ideal personalised number plate was sourced and entered into the Cheltenham live auction. Guiding this first timer through every stage of the process National numbers bid on my behalf to successfully acquire the number plate I have always wanted. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them every time. You want the best, use the best.

National numbers arranged the sale of my number, there were no silly offers, like other companies, I was paid the amount I asked. I then purchased another number from them, both transactions were completed very quickly with no problems. I cannot praise them enough and recommend them highly.

I dealt with Charlotte here, she is absoutley amazing! Stayed in contact with me all of the time, made sure it was always her I dealt with - came back to take my call just as she was leaving for the day! Explained everything brilliantly to me! So so so good! Would reccomend to anyone!
