Great company, very helpful. Also a big thank you to Eric who was very kind & patient with me regarding my indecision about the bidding process.

Thanks to Eric at National Numbers who successfully won the bid on the cherished plate I wanted. Absolutely great service totally transparent with open and honest advice. I will definitely be using Eric again!

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Brilliant service, I would deffo recommend. BUT my only query was regarding the V750, It wasn't clear info about how and who provides this. Otherwise it was a perfect transaction

Very pleased except I had to pay extra for the actual 2 plates which wasn?t on the invoice which I received.apart from that very pleased with my 1st private plate.

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
