Ryan and Adam were responsive, helpful and went over and above on several occasions, even checking I had the right reg plate size when they suspected (rightly) that I'd got it wrong. Thoroughly recommend National Numbers.

National Numbers seem to me to have the best selection of number plates compared to every where else. Once you have found a number plate to suit you, it is then very easy to buy, transfer etc. Nice and easy. Communication is second to none, can't fault the service from start to finish.

After taking to the internet to look at purchasing a number plate, I made the choice to use National Numbers. After looking at the reviews of other sites it was clear that this company stood out from the rest, it was a surprise how efficient the transaction was, it only took a few of days to complete also the service received was 1st class, I would recommend them 5*.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.
