My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. As soon as Ryan received it he forwarded it on to me by tracked delivery so I could sort it out. I also bought my reg mark from them, very quick & professional. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Easy transaction, they even priced matched another company. Plates and documentation despatched and received as communicated. Plate now on car the whole thing went extremely smoothly. Good service hence 5 stars. Thanks
