Spoke to one of their representatives on a Sunday and the deal was done in minutes, posted the V5c and had confirmation the following day that we could put the new number on the car. I found out about another company who did that by chance when I met the buyer of a plate I sold. The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.
