Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. From beginning to end, Dan ensured that the whole process was smooth and seamless. Great communication. While working away I was looking late last week for a private number plate and came across this company- previous used another company for three others that I have procured BUT cannot praise this company's service enough. Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer... Made plates arrived next day few days later I received the cert to put on the new car. Clare was ?Brilliant? manner/explained and sorted. Telephone conversation- no pushy spell which I cannot stand Excellent service - Proactive- Straight to the point- Delivery cannot fault

The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.

I can't praise this company enough, I started to buy a number plate from another company at the beginning of November 2018 ,it was for a Christmas present .I thought I had enough time to get everything in place only for the other company to let me down at the beginning of December I was totally defeated . I picked myself up and started to looked for a plate on National Numbers , they couldn't help me enough. It was like the sun was shining again !!!!! . All the staff at this company have been absolutely fantastic ,phoning me back when they said they would and helping me every step of the way. It's the first time I have purchased a number plate and it was a bit daunting but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another plate and I would definatly 100% use National Numbers. Regards to all the team
