I bought my plate through national numbers, they bid for me as it had to go through a dvla auction, they was lovely to talk to on phone and quick after the auction I had my plate. So I would defiantly recommend using them.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Simple and straightforward ??
Had been looking for a plate for the wife and came across the one we eventually purchased from National Numbers. This plate was also available on other sites, but at a greatly increased price. Spoke to one of their representatives on a Sunday and the deal was done in minutes, posted the V5c and had confirmation the following day that we could put the new number on the car. Great service at a great price, can't ask for more than that.

Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem.
