I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. Excellent communications and assistance especially me knowing nothing about procedures, I was guided through it with ease. Cannot thank Debby enough for her care and attention to detail.

For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. That was above and beyond the call of duty! Everything was done in a caring and efficient manner and our son still has a broad grin on his face every time he sees his car!

Quick and easy service, but not keen on the pushing of extra services. But, I suppose every company these days tried to screw every last penny out of you.
