The number plate itself is a beautiful stroke of serendipity- a special tribute to my Mum - a mix of my birthday day and her name. I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional.
