I advertised a number plate with National Numbers a few years ago, and received a phone call out of the blue recently saying they had a buyer for my plate. As you can imagine during the current pandemic things did not go according to any plan, and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing between myself, National Numbers and the buyer. During the whole sorry process Paul was continually updating me with where everything was at, and chasing the buyer for updates. I can't praise Paul highly enough, especially with everything that's going on, he's a credit to National Numbers.

Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50. But it proved worth while, initial great valuation, working with them to reach a middle ground with an offer to satisfaction for both parties. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
