Listed my plate with National Numbers. I received a call with an offer to buy. Once accepted I was sent paperwork by email, returned via post & within 2 days received payment directly to my account. Great service.

Ryan and Adam were responsive, helpful and went over and above on several occasions, even checking I had the right reg plate size when they suspected (rightly) that I'd got it wrong. Thoroughly recommend National Numbers.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

I?ve never been disappointed by any staff and the service they?ve provided. Any time I?ve called for an enquiry or issues, there?s always been a solution. Always happy :)

Nationalnumbers had the number I wanted at a fair price. The number plates were in my house within a week with the required paperwork. It really couldn't have been any easier. I would certainly recommend this company.

I found National Numbers via an internet search and am so glad I did. I got the number I wanted at a reasonable price, but it didn't end there. I asked how long it would be likely to take to get sorted as I am going to Germany in a couple of weeks. They pulled out all the stops AND sorted out the right number plates for my ageing S-Type. No Problems First number I have transferred for several years and the process has improved significantly. Mostly done on-line and plenty of phone calls to update me when documents were received and on the progress of the transfer. Cannot fault, highly recommended.
