Every time I contacted NN there was always someone there to give information or guide me to what I needed to know with politeness and professionalism. Initially I had a problem. The number I bought on line had already been sold. However the company worked well to sort out the problem and provide me with a refund and an alternative plate.

advertised my plate with national numbers at 700 less than they valued it at. 4-5 weeks later received a phone call from them with an offer 400 less than I advertised it for so I took it as it was with a car I bought. I sent my paper work off the same day and got payment straight into my account within 2 weeks.
